Delivery & production

01 · Your digital proof

We send your digital proof within 3–5 working days of ordering. Check your route, spelling, dates, statistics, colours and layout carefully, and request any changes before approving it.

If information or route files are missing, we’ll contact you. We cannot complete an accurate proof until we have the details needed for your design.

02 · Made after your approval

Production takes 10–14 working days after you approve your digital proof. We do not begin production before approval. Time spent reviewing or revising the proof is separate from production time.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we’ll contact you.

03 · Free tracked delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only, with no exclusions within the UK. All orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked 24, with free postage. International delivery is not currently available. Delivery time is additional to proof preparation and production.

Tracked 24 aims for next-working-day delivery after dispatch; it is not a guaranteed delivery date. Please allow for Royal Mail service delays, particularly around holidays.

A delivery problem?

Email hello@madebyendure.com with your order reference if your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged. We’ll help resolve it with the carrier. Photos of damage and packaging are helpful if available, but do not limit your statutory rights.
