Your order and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Made by Endure is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Your order summary shows the items, any accepted discounts or store credit, delivery and the total before payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe; PayPal is also available.

We accept your order when successful payment is confirmed. Proof approval then authorises production; we do not begin production beforehand. You may cancel for a full refund before approving your proof. Provide accurate contact and UK delivery details so we can prepare your proof and fulfil your order.

Personalisation and approval

All prints, including predefined event prints, include individual athlete details such as finish time or personal statistics. You are responsible for supplying the route and personalisation details you want included, and for having permission to use any material you provide. We send a digital proof for review and only begin production after approval.

Please check spelling, dates, statistics, route choice and design carefully. Ask for changes before approval. Screen colours and digital previews are guides; they do not remove our responsibility to provide goods matching the agreed description and design.

Timing and cancellation

Digital proofs are supplied within 3–5 working days of ordering. Production takes 10–14 working days after approval; delivery is additional. See our Delivery & production page for details.

You may cancel your personalised order for a full refund before approving your digital proof. Once approved, we cannot accept change-of-mind cancellations or returns. This does not affect your statutory rights if your print is faulty, damaged or not as described. See Cancellations & returns for how to contact us.

Questions and complaints

Please email hello@madebyendure.com with your order reference and what you would like us to resolve. We aim to respond within 2 working days. This is a response target, not a guarantee that every issue will be resolved within that time. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
